Apple Prosciutto Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large apple, thinly sliced
- 4-6 slices of prosciutto
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh arugula for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven according to the flatbread or pizza crust package instructions.
- Place the pre-made flatbread or pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Brush the surface of the flatbread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ensuring an even coating.
- Spread shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbread.
- Arrange the thinly sliced apple slices and prosciutto slices over the cheese.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the top.
- Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake according to the flatbread or pizza crust package instructions, typically around 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once the flatbread is out of the oven, drizzle balsamic over the top.
- Garnish with fresh arugula leaves for a peppery and refreshing touch.
- Slice the flatbread into appetizer-sized pieces and serve warm.
