Baked Brie with Honey Drizzle
Share
Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (8-12 oz)
- ¼ cup Franklin Raw Honey
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 tsp Herb Blend (optional, for a savory twist)
- Crusty bread or crackers (for serving)
- Fresh herbs (like basil or rosemary) for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
- Place the brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese feels soft when pressed gently in the center. Be careful not to overbake, or it may become too runny.
- While the brie bakes, toast the walnuts or pecans in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.
- Remove the brie from the oven and let it sit for a minute or two.
- Drizzle the honey generously over the warm brie. Sprinkle with the toasted nuts and This Little Shop Herb Blend for added flavor.
- Add a few sprigs of fresh herbs, if desired. Serve the baked brie with slices of crusty bread or crackers on the side.
