Baked Brie with Honey Drizzle

Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8-12 oz)
  • ¼ cup Franklin Raw Honey
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tsp Herb Blend (optional, for a savory twist)
  • Crusty bread or crackers (for serving)
  • Fresh herbs (like basil or rosemary) for garnish

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  • Place the brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese feels soft when pressed gently in the center. Be careful not to overbake, or it may become too runny.
  • While the brie bakes, toast the walnuts or pecans in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.
  • Remove the brie from the oven and let it sit for a minute or two.
  • Drizzle the honey generously over the warm brie. Sprinkle with the toasted nuts and This Little Shop Herb Blend for added flavor.
  • Add a few sprigs of fresh herbs, if desired. Serve the baked brie with slices of crusty bread or crackers on the side.
