Cherry, Bacon and Maple Bites
Tailor the ingredient quantities to your serving size
Ingredients:
- 3 Packages of mini Phyllo baked cups (frozen, bring to room temperature)
- Fresh or dried cherries, sliced
- Whipped cream cheese
- 1 lb bacon
- Fresh Thyme
- Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
- Cook bacon and drain, crumble into small pieces.
- Fill phyllo cup with cream cheese, top with sliced cherries and bacon pieces
- Drizzle with balsamic and garnish with thyme.
Makes 45 individual filled cups.
Wine suggestion: Serve with a light red, such as a Pinot Noir
