Crunchy Garlic Baguette

Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced in half lengthwise
- 3 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil from The Little Shop of Olive Oils
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 F.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, Garlic Olive Oil, and minced garlic.
- Mix until the ingredients are well blended and smooth.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the buttered baguette halves.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the prepared baguette halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and golden brown on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and, if desired, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
- Slice the baguette into smaller pieces and serve warm.
