Garlic & Herb Roasted Almonds

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil from The Little Shop
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Toss almonds in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, and thyme until evenly coated.
  • Spread almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
  • Cool & enjoy! Let almonds cool before serving (they’ll crisp up as they cool).
