
Garlic & Herb Roasted Almonds

Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil from The Little Shop
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- ½ tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Toss almonds in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, and thyme until evenly coated.
- Spread almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
- Cool & enjoy! Let almonds cool before serving (they’ll crisp up as they cool).
