Grilled Peaches Prosciutto & Brie with Strawberry Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for brushing)
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 8 small wedges of brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh parsley or basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the peach halves on the grill, cut side down.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until the peaches are tender and grill marks appear.
- Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Place a small wedge of brie cheese on each grilled peach half.
- Wrap each peach half with a slice of prosciutto, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
- Drizzle the assembled peaches with aged balsamic vinegar.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or basil leaves, if desired.
- Serve immediately while the peaches are warm, and the brie is slightly melted.
