Mango & Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:
- 2 mangos (diced)
- 1 pineapple (diced)
- 2 finely diced jalapenos (seeds and membranes removed)
- 2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Add the mangos, jalapenos, red onion, cilantro and pineapple to a mixing bowl and mix to combine
- Add the lime juice, olive oil and toss to coat
- Taste and season as needed with salt
- Serve immediately with chips or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days
