Melon and Prosciutto with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon, sliced into wedges
- 6-8 thin slices of prosciutto
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Cream or Glaze
- Fresh arugula leaves
- Fresh thyme sprigs (optional, for garnish)
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Slice the melon into wedges, removing the seeds and rind. Arrange the wedges on a serving platter.
- Gently wrap each melon wedge with a slice of prosciutto, leaving part of the melon exposed.
- Drizzle balsamic cream or glaze generously over the melon and prosciutto.
- Top with fresh arugula leaves and a sprinkle of fresh thyme, if using.
- Lightly season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately as an appetizer or light snack!
