Melon and Prosciutto with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon, sliced into wedges
  • 6-8 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Cream or Glaze
  • Fresh arugula leaves
  • Fresh thyme sprigs (optional, for garnish)
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Slice the melon into wedges, removing the seeds and rind. Arrange the wedges on a serving platter.
  • Gently wrap each melon wedge with a slice of prosciutto, leaving part of the melon exposed.
  • Drizzle balsamic cream or glaze generously over the melon and prosciutto.
  • Top with fresh arugula leaves and a sprinkle of fresh thyme, if using.
  • Lightly season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately as an appetizer or light snack!
