Pear & Brie Crostini with Rosemary Olive Oil

Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons Rosemary Premium Olive Oil (plus extra for drizzling)
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Franklin Raw Honey
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides lightly with Rosemary O live Oil.
- Bake the baguette slices in the oven for 7-10 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy.
- Remove the bread from the oven. Place a slice of brie cheese on each crostini, followed by a slice of pear.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the brie is just melted.
- Drizzle the crostini with honey, sprinkle with chopped nuts (if using), and add a tiny sprig of fresh rosemary for garnish. Finish with a light drizzle of Rosemary Olive Oil and a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor.
- Transfer the crostini to a serving platter and serve immediately as a warm and delicious appetizer
