Rosemary Herb & Cheese Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary Premium Olive Oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional, for extra flavor)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of Rosemary Olive Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels, cover the pot, and shake gently to distribute the kernels. Keep shaking occasionally until the popping slows down. Remove from heat.
  • Transfer the freshly popped popcorn to a large bowl. Drizzle a little extra Rosemary Olive Oil over the popcorn for added flavor to taste, if desired.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, and salt over the popcorn. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this savory, aromatic treat!
