Every New Year’s Eve celebration needs a signature drink and this recipe for berry champagne punch is perfect for a crowd!

Champagne Berry Punch

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup blackberry brandy
  • ½ cup Chambord
  • 1 tablespoon Cascadian Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 2 (750 ml) bottles Pink Champagne
  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • Thinly sliced limes for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Combine brandy, Chambord, soda, balsamic, and champagne in a large pitcher. Add one cup of frozen berries to the pitcher.
  • Before serving, place a few frozen berries into each champagne flute. Pour champagne punch over fruit in glasses, garnish with lime, and enjoy. Cheers!
