Chocolate Truffle Martini at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

Chocolate Truffle Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz crème de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Baileys)
  • ½ oz Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ oz heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling the glass)
  • Ice cubes
  • Grated dark chocolate or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of a martini glass and place it in the freezer for a few minutes to chill.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, crème de cacao, Irish cream, Dark Chocolate Balsamic, and heavy cream (if using). Add ice cubes and shake well until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • Sprinkle grated dark chocolate or cocoa powder on top for a finishing touch.
  • Sip and savor the rich, indulgent flavors of this decadent martini!
