Cucumber Thyme & Lime Refresher
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash produce
- With a vegetable peeler, slice thin ribbons of cucumber
- Slice limes into thin wheels
- Pull apart thyme sprigs and slap each between hands (releases oil and flavor)
- Add 4 cups of ice to a glass pitcher
- Add in cucumber ribbons, lime slices and thyme, setting a few each aside for garnish
- Add Suyo Cucumber Balsamic to mixture
- Fill with chilled water and let set in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Serve in glasses with ice and garnish with cucumber, lime and thyme sprig.
