Lemongrass Mint Tea
Share
Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 4 tea bags of your favorite tea (black, green, or herbal can work well)
- 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust based on preference)
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass mint balsamic vinegar.
- Slices of lemon and orange for garnish
Instructions:
- In a teapot or a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, remove it from the heat and add the tea bags. Allow them to steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Avoid over-steeping, especially with black and green teas, to prevent bitterness.
- After steeping, remove the tea bags. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved, then add the tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Mix well to combine.
- Garnish your pot with a sprig of fresh mint and slices of lemon and orange.
