Spanish Gin Tonic with a Balsamic Twist

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz premium gin
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • 1-2 cucumber ribbons
  • 1 orange peel twist
  • 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 3-4 juniper berries (optional)
  • 1 tsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Fill a large balloon glass or tumbler with ice cubes.
  • Place cucumber ribbons, orange peel, and juniper berries into the glass.
  • Pour the gin: Add the gin over the ice and let it settle for a moment.
  • Gently drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the gin, giving it a unique aromatic layer.
  • Slowly pour the tonic water over the gin mixture to preserve the bubbles.
  • Lightly bruise the rosemary sprig to release its aroma and place it in the glass.
  • Use a bar spoon or stir stick to combine the flavors without losing carbonation.
