Spanish Gin Tonic with a Balsamic Twist

Ingredients:
- 2 oz premium gin
- 4 oz tonic water
- 1-2 cucumber ribbons
- 1 orange peel twist
- 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary
- 3-4 juniper berries (optional)
- 1 tsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Fill a large balloon glass or tumbler with ice cubes.
- Place cucumber ribbons, orange peel, and juniper berries into the glass.
- Pour the gin: Add the gin over the ice and let it settle for a moment.
- Gently drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the gin, giving it a unique aromatic layer.
- Slowly pour the tonic water over the gin mixture to preserve the bubbles.
- Lightly bruise the rosemary sprig to release its aroma and place it in the glass.
- Use a bar spoon or stir stick to combine the flavors without losing carbonation.
