Grilled Peaches & Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Franklin Raw Honey
- Vanilla ice cream
- Crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, EVOO, and honey.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the balsamic and olive oil mixture.
- Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 3-4 minutes until you see nice grill marks.
- Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side. Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Place two grilled peach halves on each serving plate.
- Top each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle any remaining balsamic and olive oil mixture over the ice cream and peaches.
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs for added texture and flavor.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
