Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream

• Fresh pineapple (rings or slices)
• 1/4 cup Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar
• Vanilla ice cream
• Optional: mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, sprinkles.

Directions:

• Add the pineapple to a shallow bowl and cover in balsamic. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours. 
• Heat grill to high and add the pineapple. Check and flip every minute until caramelized with some nice grill marks. 
• Let cool then serve with vanilla ice cream and your favorite toppings.
