Classic Italian Dressing with Champagne Vinegar

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Champagne Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the Champagne vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, basil, onion powder, salt, flakes and pepper until well combined.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding honey or sugar if desired for balance.
