Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Garlic Olive Oil from The Little Shop of Olive Oils
- 2 tbsp Pineapple Balsamic (or your favorite balsamic)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
- 1 small garlic clove, minced (for extra garlic flavor)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp water (to slightly thin out if needed)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or mason jar, whisk together the Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
- Slowly drizzle in the garlic olive oil while whisking continuously to create an emulsion.
- Add the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Shake or stir well before serving over fresh greens.
