Garlic & Herb Parmesan Dipping Oil

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil (any variety from The Little Shop)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional, for extra depth)
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary (for garnish and extra infusion)

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for at least 10-15 minutes so the flavors can meld together.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan and balsamic vinegar (if using).
  • Pour into a shallow dish, garnish with a sprig of rosemary, and serve with warm, crusty bread.
