Garlic & Herb Parmesan Dipping Oil
Ingredients:
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil (any variety from The Little Shop)
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional, for extra depth)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (for garnish and extra infusion)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Allow the mixture to sit for at least 10-15 minutes so the flavors can meld together.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan and balsamic vinegar (if using).
- Pour into a shallow dish, garnish with a sprig of rosemary, and serve with warm, crusty bread.
