The Little Shop Marinade

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ¼ cup Dark Balsamic Vinegar 
• Salt, pepper, fresh/dried herbs, and/or minced garlic/shallots
• 1 tablespoon Mustard or Honey

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients and pour over meat, fish, or veggies.
• Marinate meats in the refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight, fish and veggies for 1 hour.
