Vegan Garlic & Herb Butter

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup Garlic Premium Olive Oil
- ¼ cup coconut oil (solid at room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped herbs like parsley, thyme, or rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
- Gently melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until it becomes liquid. Allow it to cool slightly but not solidify.
- In a medium bowl, mix the Garlic Olive Oil with the melted coconut oil. Whisk together until well combined.
- Stir in the nutritional yeast, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the mixture. This will act as a binder and add a slight buttery flavor.
- If desired, stir in the sea salt, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs for added flavor.
- Pour the mixture into a small airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until it solidifies and firms up.
- Use your vegan garlic and herb butter as a spread on bread, a topping for vegetables, or in any recipe that calls for a buttery flavor.
