Bright White Wild Raspberry

Great with pork or chicken...can you imagine turkey!

Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese softened 4 oz. sour cream ¼ cup milk 2 tbsp. each finely chopped shallot & chives 1 garlic clove minced 2 tbsp. each parsley and dill 1 tbsp. lemon juice Pinch of salt and pepper 1 tablespoon Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil Directions: Add cream cheese, sour cream and milk in a bowl and whisk together until smooth, (put in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time if necessary to obtain a smooth texture) Add herbs, lemon juice, garlic and mix well. Ingredients: 3/4 cups Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil  1/4 cups Gravenstein Apple Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons Franklin Raw Honey 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoons pepper Directions:  Combine vinegar, water, honey, salt and pepper in a blender.
