
Herbes de Provence Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 3 tbsp Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Herbes de Provence Spice Blend
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: cherry tomatoes, greens, or grilled lemon slices for serving
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together Herbes de Provence Olive Oil, spice blend, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat the grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates if necessary.
- Grill the chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and grill marks appear. Cooking time will vary based on thickness.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite sides, fresh greens, or grilled veggies.
