Herbes de Provence Grilled Chicken

  • In a small bowl, whisk together Herbes de Provence Olive Oil, spice blend, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
  • Preheat the grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates if necessary.
  • Grill the chicken for about 67 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and grill marks appear. Cooking time will vary based on thickness.
  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite sides, fresh greens, or grilled veggies.
