Arugula & Sun-Dried Tomato Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh arugula
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
Vinaigrette:
- ¼ cup Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, shaved Parmesan, and toasted walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
