Bright Green Salad with White Balsamic

 Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (such as arugula, spinach, and romaine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Dressing:

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed salad greens and cherry tomatoes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad greens and cherry tomatoes. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the salad.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, vibrant flavors of this bright green salad!
