- Place a bed of mixed greens on a large serving plate.
- Distribute the smoked salmon slices evenly over the greens.
- Scatter fresh raspberries and blue cheese chunks on top of the greens and salmon.
- Optional: Add slices of radish, blueberries, or walnuts for extra flavor and texture.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 parts olive oil with 1 part Sicilian lemon white balsamic vinegar.
