1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the white beans, diced red bell pepper, tomatoes, and red onion.
Toss in the parsley and dill, if using.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar or lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning as needed with more salt, pepper, or lemon juice. Serve immediately or let it sit for 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
