Pesto Burrata Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1-2 balls of burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil Pesto
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Toasted bread slices (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl or on a serving platter, arrange the arugula as the base layer.
- Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes over the arugula.
- Gently place the burrata cheese in the center of the salad.
- Spoon the pesto sauce over the burrata, allowing it to cascade slightly over the salad.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the entire salad for added richness and flavor.
- Sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- Serve with toasted bread slices if desired.
