  • In a large bowl or on a serving platter, arrange the arugula as the base layer.
  • Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes over the arugula.
  • Gently place the burrata cheese in the center of the salad.
  • Spoon the pesto sauce over the burrata, allowing it to cascade slightly over the salad.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the entire salad for added richness and flavor.
  • Sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Serve with toasted bread slices if desired.
