Strawberry, Basil, & Burrata Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 x 8-ounce ball fresh burrata cheese (room temperature)
- 1 x 7- to 8-ounce container fresh strawberries, hulled, halved, or quartered, if large
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Basil sprigs for garnish
- Fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Place burrata in center of plate and slice the middle
- Scatter strawberries and chopped basil over the top
- Drizzle oil, balsamic and sprinkle with sea salt
- Garnish your plate with fresh basil.
- Serve immediately with crackers, bread or your favorite chips!
