Zesty Orchard Salad

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz mixed baby greens or spring mix
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup pecan halves (toasted, if preferred)
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

For the Dressing:

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the Persian Lime Olive Oil, Blackberry Ginger Balsamic, Dijon mustard, honey (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • In a large salad bowl, layer the greens, peach slices, red onion, pecans, and cheese.
  • Drizzle with the dressing just before serving and toss gently.
