Focaccia and EVOO

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of warm water
- 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup additional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 package of Classic Focaccia Bread Mix
- 1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes (sliced thin)
- 1 Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sprig of rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare dough according to instructions in skillet or baking dish
- Preheat your oven to 450 F
- Place sliced tomatoes on top of uncooked dough
- Sprinkle dough with salt and pepper
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Garnish with rosemary
