Strawberry Basil Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fresh strawberries, halved and hulled
- 3 Tbsp. Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 cups coconut milk
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, packed
- ¼ cup Franklin Raw Honey
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350º F.
- Place the halved and hulled strawberries in a baking dish and toss with balsamic vinegar.
- Bake 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, then let cool to room temperature.
- Transfer strawberries to a blender, add the coconut milk, basil, and honey. Blend on low until smooth.
- Chill at least 30 minutes, then run through your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions or freeze overnight and enjoy!
