Garlic Olive Oil and Pineapple Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup The Little Shop Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons The Little Shop Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, such as parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or a jar with a lid, combine the Garlic Olive Oil, Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
- Whisk together until the dressing is well combined and emulsified. If using a jar, simply close the lid tightly and shake until everything is well mixed.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed to balance the flavors.
- If you like, you can also add some finely chopped fresh herbs like parsley or thyme to give the dressing an extra layer of flavor.
Use this dressing over your favorite salads, as a marinade for grilled vegetables, chicken, or seafood, or as a dipping sauce for bread.
