March - Food & Wine Event

March 26, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm.

Join us at The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Franklin, MA for a sommelier-led wine and food pairing adventure. Enjoy a 90-minute session with Wine Educator Missa Capozzo, as she presents 5 wines with 5 perfect pairings, along with fun, educational demonstrations on the basics of wine and food pairing. It's an entertaining, enlightening experience not to be missed!

THE MENU:

• Pinot Gris – Guacamole and Shrimp Canapés: Tortilla chip topped with guacamole and shrimp, sprinkled with sea salt and lemon zest and drizzled with Persian Lime Olive Oil, Lemon Garnish.
• Riesling – Sweet and Spicy Bites: Chipotle honey on cracker, topped with goat cheese crumbles. Garnished with rosemary.
• Rosé – Herbed Ricotta Bruschetta: Bruschetta spread with herbed ricotta cheese, topped with tomato slices, drizzled with Basil Olive Oil and Traditional Balsamic. 
• Pinot Noir – Cranberry Walnut Cream Cheese Bites: Crostini with a smear of whipped cream cheese, topped with Cranberry Apple jam, sprinkled with chopped walnuts, drizzled with Walnut Oil and Maple Balsamic. Thyme garnish.
• Cabernet Sauvignon – Chocolate Hummus Dessert Bites: Chocolate hummus with berries on cookie, drizzled with Raspberry Balsamic.  

This is a 21+ event.
