Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar
This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract.
Pairs with: Persian Lime Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil.
Try with: It makes a fantastic glaze or B-B-Q base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an “affogato float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.

You can pair it with almost anything - I love the vinegar and Lemon Olive Oil on a Caprase Salad - to die for... almost any salad with Arugula - try it

I have used this in many of my recipes. Fried sliced Chicken sausage with onions and green peppers served over cauliflower rice .
Also, I brushed turkey kebabs with basil olive oil and espresso balsamic vinegar spaced with onions, red peppers and cherry tomatoes.m
