February - Food & Wine Event

Join us at The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Franklin, MA for a sommelier-led wine and food pairing adventure. Enjoy a 90-minute session with Wine Educator Missa Capozzo, as she presents 5 wines with 5 perfect pairings, along with fun, educational demonstrations on the basics of wine and food pairing. It's an entertaining, enlightening experience not to be missed!

THE MENU:

• Gruner - Shrimp Crostini - Shrimp, tossed in a light vinaigrette (robust EVOO, Sicilian Lemon balsamic, sea salt), on Crostini topped with whipped cream cheese, sprinkled with fresh dill and lemon zest. Garnished with dill and lemon slices.
• Vouvray - Spicy Hummus Bites - Pita chips with hummus, drizzled with Baklouti Chili Pepper olive oil and Apricot balsamic, topped with microgreens.
• Rose - Mini Caprese Skewers - Cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls and fresh basil leaves, drizzled with Basil infused olive oil. 
• Pinot Noir - Cheddar and Bacon Jam Bruschetta - Bruschetta with cheddar cheese, topped with Maple and Herb Bacon Jam, drizzled with Fig balsamic. Thyme garnish.
• Garnacha - Dessert Bites - Shortbread cookie with a dollop of mascarpone, topped with a fresh raspberry, drizzled with Dark Chocolate balsamic. Fresh mint garnish.
