This rosemary extra virgin olive oil is made with fresh wild Rosemary crushed with early harvest, fresh picked, certified organic Chetoui olives. This fused rosemary extra virgin olive oil really brings out the heart and soul of rosemary. It is both complex and smells simply amazing.
Pairs with: Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, and Pomegranate Dark Balsamic

I love this with the lemon vinegar to make a salad dressing!
I love this on roasted potatoes and chicken - it gives a nice subtle flavor.
I also like Mission Fig balsamic vinegar, which is good on some roasted vegetables

This is the most used Flavor of Olive Oil in our home. We use it for roasting Beef or Chicken, making roasted potatoes and so much more. It adds amazing flavor to something as simple as Tater tots - just line a frying pan with a thin layer of oil, add the frozen tots and then cover. They warm up and get nice and crispy and take on the fantastic flavor and aroma of Rosemary.
