January - Food & Wine Event

January 30, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm.

Join us at The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Franklin, MA for a sommelier-led wine and food pairing adventure. Enjoy a 90-minute session with Wine Educator Missa Capozzo, as she presents 5 wines with 5 perfect pairings, along with fun, educational demonstrations on the basics of wine and food pairing. It's an entertaining, enlightening experience not to be missed!

THE MENU:

• Pinot Gris – Guacamole Scoops: Tostitos Scoops filled with guacamole, topped with sliced cherry tomatoes, sprinkled with Tuscan Spice, and drizzled with Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil. Cilantro garnish.
• Riesling – Sweet and Spicy Bites: Brie on crostini, topped with a drizzle of Chipotle Honey, garnished with fresh rosemary.
• Rosé – Mediterranean Bites: Bruschetta spread with Sun Dried Tomato pesto, topped with mozzarella cheese, drizzled with Basil Infused Olive Oil and sprinkled with chopped fresh basil.
• Pinot Noir – Cheese, Fig Jam and Bacon Bites: Phyllo cup filled with whipped cream cheese with a dollop of fig jam, sprinkled with bacon pieces. Thyme garnish.
• Malbec – Chocolate Hummus Dessert Bites: Chocolate hummus with berries on shortbread cookie, drizzled with Espresso Balsamic.  

This is a 21+ event.
