January - Food & Wine Event

January 30, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm.

Join us at The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Franklin, MA for a sommelier-led wine and food pairing adventure. Enjoy a 90-minute session with Wine Educator Missa Capozzo, as she presents 5 wines with 5 perfect pairings, along with fun, educational demonstrations on the basics of wine and food pairing. It's an entertaining, enlightening experience not to be missed!

THE MENU (Sample):

• Gruner – Citrus Scallop Canapés: Crackers topped with a smear of lemon aioli, a seared bay scallop, a sprinkle of lemon zest, dill, and a drizzle of Cucumber Balsamic.
• Vouvray – Sweet and Spicy Bites: Crackers with Brie, topped with Hot Pepper Jelly. Garnished with rosemary.
• Rosé – Pesto Bites: Baguette spread with Basil pesto, topped with tomato. Garnished with fresh basil leaves. Drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
• Pinot Noir – Dried Cherry and Bacon Bites: Fillo cup filled with whipped cream cheese and topped with bacon bits and sliced dried cherries, drizzled with Maple Balsamic. Thyme garnish.
• Garnacha – Chocolate Hummus Dessert Bites: Chocolate hummus with berries on sugar cookie, drizzled with Dark Chocolate Balsamic.  

This is a 21+ event.
