Enjoy a guided tasting with Wine Educator Missa Capozzo, as she presents 5 wines paired with 5 handcrafted gourmet bites. During this interactive food and wine tasting, you’ll learn the basics of wine pairing, discover how flavors work together, and experience creative ways to use premium olive oils and balsamic vinegars at home.

THE MENU

• Chardonnay – Citrus Scallop Canapés
  Crackers topped with lemon aioli, scallop, lemon zest, a drizzle of Cucumber Balsamic and dill garnish.
• Riesling – Sweet and Spicy Bites
  Crackers with Brie, Hot Pepper Jelly, and a rosemary garnish.
• Rosé – Pesto Bites
  Crostini spread with basil pesto, topped with tomato and fresh basil leaves, then finished with Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
• Pinot Noir – Dried Cherry and Bacon Bites
  Phyllo cups filled with whipped cream cheese, and bacon bits, finished with Maple Balsamic and garnished with thyme.
• Malbec – Berry Shortcake Bites
  Mini cookies topped with mascarpone cream, fresh berries, Chocolate Balsamic, and mint garnish.
