Product information

Description

Playfully tart yet pleasantly sweet, Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar offers clean acidity with a crisp lemon aroma and balanced sweetness. The flavor comes from aging Trebbiano grape must with the juice of sweet Sicilian lemons, producing a bright citrus‑forward vinegar that brings zest without the harsh bitterness found in many lemon vinegars. It provides a refreshing alternative to lemon juice on salads, seafood or cocktails and is free of artificial additives.

Flavor Profile

  • Origin & Fruit: Trebbiano grape must aged with sweet Sicilian lemons; about 4.5 % acidity.
  • Taste: Bright, citrus‑forward and gently sweet; balances tartness without bitterness.
  • Aroma: Fresh lemon bouquet with clean, crisp balsamic notes.
  • Texture: Light, syrupy and smooth – a clear white balsamic consistency.
  • Purity: Made from grape must, white wine vinegar and natural flavors; contains natural sulfites and no artificial additives.

Best dressing by itself.

I love cucumbers and this is just the perfect dressing all by itself. Wonderful on cherry tomatoes as well.

Lovely Gem in Franklin

Love this store and have been happy with the vinegars and oils I’ve gotten. Staff is always helpful and very friendly. If you haven’t tried the Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar, I highly recommend it! It’s delicious and is a great substitute for regular balsamic vinegar in most recipes!

Scillian lemon white balsamic vinegar

This is the best balsamic vinegar I have ever had. Mixed with 1/2 extra virgin olive oil, it makes the best salad dressing. I have had other brands but the Little Shop of Olive Oil is the best by far. Worth the trip to Mashpee.
