Created a salad using the orange oil and fig balsamic vinegar with salad greens, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, feta, red pear chunks and ground pepper. It was delicious!

I was pleasantly surprised with the tasting sip. The balsamic dark chocolate blend is full flavored without being overpowering. I don’t use balsamic for too many other things other than salad and I have to say that a drizzle over a spring leaf miz with Gorgonzola, the balsamic dark chocolate was the “icing on the cake“ so to speak. Thoroughly delicious and very tasty. I will be purchasing it again.

This is my new dscovery...coconut balsamic is amazing!! I've used it on my salad but plan to make coconut shrimp and rice very soon. I can also see this with chicken and pineapple. It's such a treat...I look forward to my salad with this dressing!! If you like coconut, you HAVE TO TRY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
